How do I cancel my subscription?
All subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. To cancel, open the Settings app on your device, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Find Max VPN in the list and tap Cancel Subscription. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are issued by Apple, not by us directly. You can request a refund by visiting reportaproblem.apple.com and signing in with your Apple ID. Apple reviews each request individually based on its terms.
The connection won't establish. What should I do?
First, confirm that you have an active internet connection without the VPN enabled. Then, in Max VPN, try disconnecting and reconnecting, or switching to a different server region. If the issue persists, please uninstall and reinstall the app, or contact us at the support email below with a brief description of the problem and your device model.
Does the app work on cellular data?
Yes. Max VPN works on both Wi-Fi and cellular connections.
Why does iOS ask permission to add a VPN configuration?
This is a standard iOS prompt for any VPN application. iOS requires user approval before an app can establish a system-level VPN connection, which is necessary for the app to encrypt your traffic. The app cannot function without this permission.
What information does the app collect?
We do not log your browsing activity, traffic content, or DNS queries. We collect the minimum information needed to operate the service, such as account identifiers and aggregated usage metrics. For full details, please read our Privacy Statement.
Which iOS versions are supported?
Max VPN supports iOS 15.0 and later, on iPhone and iPad.
